Megjashi works in establishing more effective mechanisms for child protection and works in improving school environments by increasing professionals’ capacities, parents and children’s knowledge on use of affirmative methods in education. They also work in increasing resilience in children, promoting non-violent education forms (as all other partners do) and support reporting cases of violence (via SOS telephone the organization runs).

The Foundation for Educational and Cultural Initiatives “Step by Step” – supports the development of an open society through activities in the field of education, art, culture, publishing, as well as human (children’s) rights and civil society. The Foundation guides, coordinates, participates in and directly implements activities which promote innovation, progress and development of the work of preschool institutions and primary schools in the Republic of North Macedonia.
